Welcome to the Roofing Co-Pilot AI Intro Course
Hey y'all, I would like to extend a hearty southern welcome to the roofing co-pilot AI intro course. Throughout this course, our primary aim is to empower you to harness the vast potential of Artificial Intelligence. The goal? To market and grow your roofing business without having to funnel thousands of dollars per month into an agency.
Whether you're just now joining us or have been with us from the start, welcome to the course. Our focus is to guide you along the process of effectively utilizing this tool to create marketing agency-level content while saving a significant amount of money.
Setting Up the Basics
To kick things off, we'll be laying down the basic building blocks. We want to ensure that you're well-equipped with everything you need to begin creating content. Content that will play a key role in the growth and scaling of your business.
The first crucial step would be the creation of your brand voice. Before we delve deeper into that, I'd like to give you an overview of what you could expect from us. After helping you create a unique brand voice, we'll delve into the realm of AI writers, teaching you how to utilize them to their maximum potential.
Understanding AI Tools and Their Roles
We offer a vast range of different AI tools—AI Chat, AI Article Wizard etc.—that have been specifically designed for varied purposes such as creating blog content, posting on your WordPress site, and so much more. Our platform is continuing to evolve; we update it on a regular basis with additional AI writers.
In the foreseeable future, we plan on incorporating some automations into the system. These will be designed to automatically create content and then post it. However, before we can create any content, it's crucial for the AI to gain knowledge about our company. This includes understanding the brand, the products or services we offer, what we stand for, and what our values are. Thereby ensuring the content created aligns perfectly with your company instead of being generic and uninteresting.
Creating the Brand Voice
The brand voice is composed of a few key elements. I'll be using one of my clients who are based in Savannah, Georgia as an example. For the purposes of this exercise, let's consider the company's name to be Pride Restoration Contractors. The industry they are in? Roofing.
Under the description, I would recommend giving a brief overview of your company, what you offer, and what you stand for. You can pull some text from the client's website or if unavailable, jot down from scratch about the company’s missions, values, and identity. You should also provide the website and a tagline that sets your company apart.
Understanding SEO Optimization
To give you a quick glimpse into how you can utilize this tool, let's consider the example of posting content to Google business profile. It's a known fact that this can consume a significant amount of time, especially considering that each post should ideally be around 750 characters.
Here's how you can leverage our optimized Google business post creator. Provide details such as the brand name, target keyword, and location. Once you hit the button, the tool generates an SEO-optimized Google business post. And in no time at all, voila! You have a fully-written post ready for you to upload to your Google business profile.
Conclusion
Setting up a brand voice might seem like tedious work, but the time invested in it now will pay dividends in the long run. Rather than having to type in detailed information about your company each time, the tool will already have a basic understanding of what you need.
